Welcome to Smart Appliance Care. By accessing our website or booking doorstep diagnostics with us, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.
Our services are available across urban regions of India. Initial diagnosis requires a standard inspection fee (₹249-499). If our repair estimate is accepted, the diagnostic fee is waived. Booking requests are subject to technician availability.
We provide a 90-day warranty on replaced parts and a 30-day warranty on service labor. The warranty is strictly limited to the specific part replaced during the task. The warranty becomes void if the appliance is opened or serviced by any outside technician after our visit.
Payments are due immediately upon the completion of the repair work. Payment can be made in Cash, UPI, or via bank transfer. Technicians are not authorized to grant credit lines or delay payments.
We are not liable for pre-existing defects or complications that arise due to aged wiring, short-circuits, or internal rust in your appliances during standard disassembly. We strive for utmost safety, but our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific repair task.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
