Welcome to Smart Appliance Care. By accessing our website or booking doorstep diagnostic services with us, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following transparent terms and conditions.
1. Booking & Service Scope
Our doorstep repair services are available across designated service territories in Mumbai (including Versova, Juhu, Bandra, Worli, Malabar Hill, Kandivali, Borivali, Mahalaxmi, etc.), Pune (including Kothrud, Wakad, Hinjewadi, Baner, Hadapsar, etc.), and Lucknow (including Gomti Nagar, Hazratganj, Indira Nagar, Aliganj, etc.). Initial diagnostic inspection requires a standard visit fee (₹199–₹299 depending on appliance type). If you choose to proceed with our repair quote, the inspection fee is completely waived. Booking slots are subject to engineer availability.
2. 90-Day Parts & 30-Day Labor Warranty
We provide a comprehensive 90-day warranty on all genuine spare parts replaced by our engineers, along with a 30-day warranty on service labor and workmanship. The warranty applies directly to the specific component replaced. The warranty shall be considered void if the appliance is subsequently opened, tampered with, or repaired by any unauthorized third party or outside technician.
3. Transparent Payments & Invoicing
All repair prices are shared upfront before commencing work. Payments are due upon successful completion and demonstration of the appliance repair. We accept Cash, UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), and direct bank transfer. Official digital receipts are provided for all completed jobs.
4. Independent Multi-Brand Network Disclaimer
Smart Appliance Care is an independent third-party doorstep service company. We specialize in post-warranty multi-brand repairs. We are NOT an authorized service center, franchise, or official partner of LG, Samsung, Whirlpool, Bosch, IFB, Godrej, Voltas, Daikin, or any other manufacturer. All brand names and logos belong to their respective registered owners and are used purely for customer identification purposes.
5. Liability Limitations
Our technicians handle your appliances with utmost care and safety protocols. We are not liable for pre-existing internal damages, aged wiring failures, water-damaged motherboards, or heavy internal corrosion discovered during disassembly. Our maximum liability is limited to the fee paid for the specific service rendered.
6. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
